"The book contains 20 tunes, mostly for guitar (including an arrangement for  four bouzoukis), often in DADGAD and scored beautifully by the composer himself. Kommnick mentions in the preface that it’s not possible to translate every single ornamentation in adequate notation but encourages the players to develop their own versions of his material. Very nice! All songs are neatly transcribed into notation and TABs, there is lots of information on fingering and – where necessary – also practice advice for the right hand. Short explanatory comments on the pieces and nice photographs of the guitarist complete the book."
