I'm involved in the following projects:
IONTACH: Irish Music Unlimited
“Iontach” – if you consult an Irish dictionary – means: “mighty, wonderful”, and “mighty” could be used to describe the line up of this trio: Angelika Berns, Siobhán Kennedy and Jens Kommnick.
LIEDERTACH: German-Irish fusion project
This is what happens when German trio Liederjan and Irish trio Iontach team up to put the ingredients of their own musical backgrounds together.
PETER KERLIN & JENS KOMMNICK: Songs & Tunes from Irish Roots
The program consists of own soulfull songs and virtuos arranged tunes, but also of interpretations of traditional Irish material and modern settings of old poems.
